ATTEMPT AT DISNEY

While in Florida, Ryan and I decided that we would surprise Ben and take him to Disney World for a day.  We had it all lined up.  I booked a hotel within a mile of the Magic Kingdom and Alex was going to spend the night with Nana and Papa. Ryan, Ben and I were going to make the 3 hour drive to Orlando, hit up downtown Disney for dinner and spend the following day at the most magical place in the world!

Unfortunately our great plans didn't work out so great...Ben got sick the night before we were supposed to leave.We had all been on and off sick before the trip and during.  Ryan and I were optimist and hoping Ben would be better before we left.  He seemed like he was doing well during lunch so we decided to tell him the good news!

Hoping we were going to have a healthy boy, we made it to the hotel and Downtown Disney that night. Unfortunately Ben wasn't doing as well as we hoped, he got sick twice that night.  The next morning we packed up our things and made the 3 hour drive back to Ft Myers with a devastated 5 year old....I promise we will try again Ben! He did get over it pretty well when we told him we were going to the beach the following day if he was better.
