HOUSE FOR SALE

Well we have some unfortunate news. The sale of our current home has fallen through. The financing on the people that were pre-approved and put an offer in didn't go through. Soooo does anyone want a great house in Burnsville? We will be putting our house back on the market next week. It is unfortunate but hopefully this way we won't have to move twice and we have about 3 months to sell our house until we get into double mortgages!

On a more positive note~ they have cleared our lot! Take a look below. Things of course never move as fast as we want but now we aren't in as big of a rush. They do hope to begin digging sometime next week!

Ben had fun playing in the dirt and checking out all of the trees. I think he is going to like his new home!

All of the trees have been removed. We were hoping they would be able to save some more towards the front of the house but they were in the way of our driveway and front porch..

Ryan is doing a great job inspecting their work!

Look at the great sunsets we will be seeing! It is hard to imagine a house will be here in 3-4 months!
