Last weekend was the Twin Cities 10 mile run! It was a cold morning with a 7am start time but once we started running, it was perfect! The race starts in downtown Minneapolis and ends at the Capitol in St. Paul.

Ryan made his goal:10 miles at a 7 minute 30 second pace! Impressive!
Special thanks to Ryan and Tiana who came to our house at 6am to watch our sleeping boys! You guys are the best!
