I am not very good at making gingerbread houses but we had fun giving it a try! It didn't stand up for very long!
Next up was cut out cookies and frosting them. We had a busy and messy afternoon in the kitchen!

Such a fun dinner and evening with the Cottons! We had so much food!
Unfortunately Eli came down with a temperature and to continue on with our sickness story, he threw up early that evening. Poor Eli. Being sick did not stop him from watching the kids run around though.
All snuggled in on the couch!
Ben and Alex went to bed exhausted but so excited for Santa to come! Ben was desperately trying to stay awake and catch him. I heard a noise at 2 in the morning and went to go check it out, it was Ben in the hallway, wanting to go see if Santa had been there yet! We went down the stairs and he was so excited to see gifts under the tree. Fortunately, he went back to bed!
