MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND FUN

Despite some of the rain and cool temperatures on Memorial Day weekend, we had a great time at the lake! We played games, fished off the dock and ate lots. One of the games we learned how to play was pickleball which was a blast for all ages!  It is just like tennis but can be played on a shorter court..aka driveway!

 Nate was so good at pickleball he was able to play with a beer in his hand.

 Alex caught his first big fish and was so excited! He is a true fisherman and already telling fish stories, when you ask him how big it is, he spreads his arms wide and says this big!

 We were able to celebrate Ashlyn's 5th birthday! I can't believe she is 5 already!

There is always time to play in the sandbox

 The rain didn't even keep us away from having a fire.  We just put an umbrella over the fire and us to stay dry.  Good thing it was a gas fire! The kids were adamant that they were having s'mores!

 Sunday was a wash out so we went bowling and mini golfing at the Wow Zone in Mankato.  Check out Ryan's first 3 frames!

 The bloody mary's were a hit as well!

 Eli's first trip to the bowling alley and he was perfect!
